Misha is a Senior Associate in the Competition Law department. She specialises in competition law and advises a number of large corporate entities in respect of all aspects relating to competition law. She holds qualifications from the University of Stellenbosch and Wits.
- Preparing, submitting and moving applications for approval of mergers before the Competition Commission and Competition Tribunal
- All aspects of competition law compliance, including in-house training
- Reviewing agreements to advise on Competition Law aspects
- Assisting with complaints regarding prohibited practices, including instituting and defending complaints to the Competition Commission
